Hi, I'm Uju.
I’ve spent 14 years in B2B SaaS marketing, most of it focused on the part of the funnel that everyone says matters but nobody staffs: the customer lifecycle.
At ThoughtExchange, I built the customer advocacy program from scratch — leadership councils, case study pipelines, reference programs — and reduced reference response time to 48 hours. At iContact and Campaigner (Ziff Davis), I designed retention and lifecycle programs that drove a 7.5x increase in freemium-to-paid conversion and $350K in expansion revenue.
I now work directly with SaaS founders and GTM leaders who know their customer lifecycle has gaps but don’t have the in-house expertise to close them. I’m based in Ottawa, Canada, and work with companies across Canada and the US.
